Shipping policy

We strive to dispatch your purchase promptly, typically within 24 to 72 hours from when the order is placed. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm UK time. Once your order is processed, you will receive a personalized tracking number.

UK

Royal Mail shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days in transit, depending on the destination and priority service selected (Note: Shipping times may vary during major holidays). These times are guidelines and are not guaranteed by Royal Mail. Please ensure you track your item using the provided tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should your package be lost or stolen, please contact Royal Mail for assistance and provide them with your tracking details.

EU

We are pleased to offer shipping to our European customers. We aim to cover all taxes upfront so that no additional fees are incurred, but we cannot guarantee the absence of further local taxes or fees. Please consult your country's import/export regulations for more information. Deliveries to the EU typically take 7 to 10 days to arrive. USA, Canada, and Rest of the World

We provide international shipping via DHL's Dangerous Goods shipping services, which usually deliver within 2 to 4 business days depending on location. Fees are calculated at checkout. If you need shipping to a country we do not currently serve, please contact us at hello@somaparfums.com, and we will endeavour to include your destination country.
